Customer Survey Management

The Customer Survey Management (CSM) module allows the dealership to develop and record their own surveys, as well as import outsourced survey results from Daniels Group and RDA. 

 

Full integration with SalesLink CRM allows users to view results at the customer level to provide enterprise-wide awareness of customer satisfaction levels and customer feedback. SalesLink advanced search capabilities help to facilitate strategic customer follow-up and communication based on Net Promoter Scores (NPS).  

 

Dealer-developed transactional surveys can be based on various sources such as invoicing files, customer segmentation or topics resulting from a Six Sigma project or new service offering. This tool administrates the question set up, how the answers are recorded and how the results will be weighted.
