Data is sourced from the internal ERP system for work order history, current owner information, service letter updates, hours of use, etc., as well as incoming sources from Vision Link, SOS lab,
inspection inputs along with PTOS/OLGA data on parts opportunity. Other sources of information are
iQuote, Parts & Service Quoter
and SalesLink CRM which provide visibility to opportunities on the unit, scheduling details, document uploads, mapping capabilities, and more.
EquipmentLink serves as the information source to feed other Uptake Canada applications with data on any specific serial number, making it a hub for both service and sales personnel to share and utilize equipment information.
