ServiceLink is a full service workflow system that engages other programs like Service Scheduler to manage the work order cycle from beginning to end, including full reporting and KPI’s on the service business.
Automation is available to manage DBS work orders from within ServiceLink through dedicated APIs, giving the user full visibility of all work orders in progress and providing easy-to-navigate reporting on any work in progress without accessing the DBS system itself.
The Technician’s Dashboard feature gives each technician their own work system that provides all of their assigned jobs and related information as well as the ability to enter time sheets on the work order. Time entries are managed through an approval process and then charged to the work order while simultaneously creating a payroll log.
ServiceLink also features warranty reporting, validation on each work order for credit approval and parts availability, exception reporting and a customer communications system for increased customer satisfaction throughout the work order process.
